My wife and I started recording information separately. Syncing did not merge the information from the two users, rather it kept separate records as if we were managing two babies. Can the separate records be merged into one?

Yes, normally you want to just sync your data using a single baby profile.
We can merge your data together for you, I will talk to you about that in a separate support ticket.
I am having the same issue. my husbands info and mine are not syncing please help!
I too have the same issue between my device and my wife's. Can the two be in sync for same child? If so how?
I am needing help with this as well. cant get the info i am tracking on my phone to sync to my husbands so when he has the kids he can track. Please help this would make my life a whole lot easier
If you are having sync issues please submit a support issue.
Sometimes accounts just aren't linked properly and we can help with that.
Other times if you and your partner have been tracking a baby separately on your own phones and then try to start syncing together you will end up with two baby profiles (the app doesn't attempt to merge data together). That is also something we can help with.
Just an update on this topic. Recently the babyesp.com server has been improved to merge together baby profiles with the same name automatically and the invitation process has been improved to work in nearly all cases. So this shouldn't be an issue for most users anymore.
I am having the same issue and was told yesterday by someone at Baby ESP that it can take a while to actually get the two devices to sync and he closed out my original ticket. I just sent another ticket, as I am still having issues and judging from the comments above, it seems like it's an easy fix on Baby ESP's end. Please help! I am going back to work on Monday and it would be very nice to have our apps work in the way they are supposed to work...especially since we each paid $4.99 for this app! Thank you!
